Password Reset

If you do not remember your password, follow the steps below.

Go to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
You will be redirected to the following screen.
- Type in your username (your email address)
- Then enter the characters shown in the picture
Click Next when done.
On the next screen, select the method you want to use to verify your identity. and re-enter your mobile phone number where indicated. Then click “Text”

Enter the Verification code received on your phone, then click “Next”.

Create and confirm a new password as instructed. Once you meet the acceptance criteria, click on “Finish”.

Your password has been reset and you can now get back into your account,

You will also receive a Password reset notification email in your Outlook.
