iPhone Intune Enrollment Instructions
for new employees
- Click the App Store icon on your iPhone.
2.Next, click Search on the bottom right of your screen.
3.In the search bar type “Intune Company Portal”.
4.Select the Intune Company Portal.
5.Click “the cloud” or “GET” to the right of the App to Install (enter any necessary Apple Id credentials for App installation) to install the App.
6.Confirm Install (Double-Click side button).
7.Click “Open” when done.
10.Click “Next”.
11.Enter Password and Click “Next”.
12.Click “OK” to get Notification.
13. Click “Allow” to get notification and then “Ok”.
14. Click “Begin” at the Set-up Moses & Singer LLP access.
15. Click “Can” and then “Continue” at the Device management and your privacy screen.
16. Next click “Continue” to Download Management profile. This will take a few minutes.
17. Click “Allow” to allow the website to download and configure profile.
18. The Profile will be downloaded.
19. Next, click “Close”.
20. Click “Continue” to Continue to Company Portal.
21. Next click “Continue” to “Install Management profile”.
22. The Instructions for “How to install management profile” will appear on the next screen. Follow the NEXT SET OF Instructions on the following page to install the Management Profile.
INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL MANAGEMENT PROFILE
- On you iPhone, Go to Settings, click “Profile Downloaded”.
2.Next, click “Install” at the top right of the screen to install the Profile.
3. Then enter iPhone passcode.
4. Then click “Install” at the bottom of the screen.
5.You will get a warning, on the ROOT CERTIFICATE screen, click “Install” on the top-right of the screen.
6. At the pop-up screen, click “Trust” for Remote Management.
7.Click “Done” at the Profile Installed screen.
8. On the VPN & Device Management screen, you should see “Moses & Singer LLP” under the Management Profile.
9. Swipe up to close that screen and **Go back to Intune Company Portal screen to complete the install**.
10. The next screen you should see “Checking Device”. Click “Done”. This will take a few minutes.
***INSTALL IS COMPLETE***
11. Click “Not Now” on the pop-up screen.
***YOUR DEVICE IS NOW ENROLLED WITH MOSES & SINGER***
12. You will receive the following pop-up screen 4 times to install Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Click “Install”.
13. Double Click when prompted to install the Microsoft Apps.
14. Next, go to Outlook on your iPhone screen to open your M&S emails.
15. Select your email and click “Add Account” at the bottom of the screen.
16. On the Add Another Account screen, select “Maybe Later”.
17. Select “Turn on” to enable Notifications to always get up-to-date emails.
18. Next, click “Allow” if you would like a sound alert when you receive emails.
19.You will see a pop-up screen that your messages are downloading. This will take a few minutes.
20. You will now have direct access to your Inbox, Calendar, and Search from your screen.
NOTE: To see your Contacts, click on the search icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. All your Outlook Contacts will then be displayed.
3. To access your emails on your phone, look for the Outlook icon on your mobile device screen.
CONFIGURE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS ON YOUR PHONE
***THESE SETTING ARE IMPORTANT SO PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THEM***
- Click on the Inbox icon on the top left of the screen.
2. Select Setting on the bottom left of the screen.
3. Click on Default Mail Account (Moses & Singer email), turn on “Save Contacts”. Click “Save to iPhone” when prompted, next click “OK” to Allow Outlook to Access your Contacts.
4.Next, click on “Signature” and delete “Get Outlook for iOS”
5.Select “Swipe Options”, change “Swipe Left” to “Delete”.
6.Next, turn off “Focused Inbox”
7.Turn off “Organize By Thread”.
