Citrix - Clearing Internet Browser/Relaunch Citrix
Step 1 – Clear Internet cache on only the browser you use to connect to Citrix:
If you use Microsoft Edge
• On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the 3 horizontal dots at the top right corner to open the menu…Click on Settings
• From the left menu click Privacy, search, and services.
• In center of the screen go to the section Delete browsing Data. Click on Choose what to clear
• Change Time Range to All Time
• Select Cookies and other site data, Cached images and Files.
• Click Clear now
• Close all browser windows and re-open browser
If you use Google Chrome
• On your computer, open Google Chrome.
• Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner…click on Delete Browsing data
• Change Time Range to All Time
• Only place a checkmark on Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
Click on Delete Data
Step 2 - Launch Citrix at the usual web address: https://remote.mosessinger.com.
After entering your credentials you should see this window. Click on “Detect Citrix Workspace App”

This will then appear:
Click “Always allow remote.mosessinger.com to open links of this type in th…”

You will see this window.
Click on “Already installed”

Click on the icon to launch your Citrix desktop as normal.
If the desktop does not launch, go to Step 3:
Step – 3:
When going to Citrix remotely, you may see the below download:

If so, right click on the file and select “Always open files of this type”

Then right click on the download once more and select “Open File”
